Russian drones struck near Poland’s border; NATO pledged stronger defenses

The reporting says Russian drones struck a train near a crossing point on the Ukraine-Poland border and hit another location near a separate crossing. It does not establish that Polish territory itself was struck. [1][2]

Ukraine’s state railway operator said the train was hit only minutes after a diplomatic delegation, including Boris Johnson and Carl Bildt, had passed through the same station. The account does not establish that the delegation was the target. [1]
