New reports say Iran attacked U.S. forces in Jordan and the United States struck Iranian rocket launchers near the Strait of Hormuz. A reported U.S. missile strike also caused extensive destruction in an Iranian city, while the United States denied Iran's claim that a tanker hit mines.
